Terms of Service
The Framework of Our Partnership
01. Service Scope
When you engage with AetherFlow, you're not just buying hardware; you're securing a climate commitment. Do we take our responsibilities seriously? Absolutely.
Our HVAC technicians operate under strict UK safety protocols. We provide installation, maintenance, and emergency repairs for residential and commercial AC systems. Each visit is documented with our signature 17-point efficiency check to ensure your sustainable cooling remains, well, sustainable.
- Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days.
- Site access is required for all planned maintenance.
- Emergency call-outs carry a standard premium fee.
02. Financial Terms
Transparency is our default setting. We've built our reputation on honest pricing and no hidden "surprise" fees after the work has begun. How do we handle cancellations?
We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling a residental visit. For commercial contracts, we strictly adhere to the termination clauses outlined in your individual Master Service Agreement. We're reasonable people, but time is air.
- All invoices are payable within 14 days of completion.
- Interest may accrue on late commercial accounts.
- Deposits for high-efficiency units are non-refundable once ordered.
03. Liability
We stand behind our work. Any installation performed by AetherFlow includes our standard 24-month craftsmanship warranty. Why settle for less?
While we strive for perfection, we aren't liable for pre-existing electrical faults or issues caused by third-party modifications to our flow-stabilized systems. Your comfort is our priority, but we must protect our engineers' integrity.
04. Privacy
Your data stays with us. We don't sell your phone number to marketing robots. We only keep what we need to keep your air cool and your records straight.
All personal information is handled according to UK GDPR. We'll only contact you for vital service reminders or if there's a critical safety update regarding your cooling hardware.
Questions about our fine print?
We believe in communication, not confusion. If you've got questions about these terms, just reach out.
